A course to help you identify your specific struggles and triggers, understand the role of connection, manage your family dynamics with family meetings, and figure out consequences and punishments.
You will be able to start applying the things you learn to your parenting life RIGHT AWAY!
“Meghan’s class has some of the most helpful and practical information out there on how to better connect with your child so you both can do better. It’s worth its cost and then some. Truly!”
This is a self-paced course that you can do from anywhere you have an internet connection at any time that works for you.
Each lesson inside the modules only takes 15-20 minutes.
I want this to be totally doable! Within each lesson, there are steps, extra worksheets, and food for thought!
How much work you want to do is really up to you.
Class starts April 17th, and then a new module opens every Monday.
I know I’m about to blow your mind with this but – parenting is really HARD sometimes.
One of the disservices we do ourselves as parents is feeling like we have to have all the answers all the time. Reaching out for support doesn’t mean you’re a deadbeat parent. It doesn’t mean that you don’t know things that every other parent knows already (we’re all winging it sometimes). It just means that occasionally you could use some backup.
And couldn’t we ALL use a little backup now and then?
“Meghan has completely changed the way I parent. Focusing on connecting and building trust while maintaining boundaries is so much more effective and, frankly, fun than yelling all the time!
I’m also so grateful for the way she builds social justice and empathy into her practice and teaching. #gamechanger”
-Margery S., Mother of 3
“Meghan is awesome because she takes all this brain-based parenting stuff that most of us did not grow up with and that is not particularly intuitive and makes it APPROACHABLE and ACHIEVABLE in a way that other teachers or books had not been for me.
I took her class when my daughter was really coming into her own, wild spirit at 5 years old, and it has been a godsend in terms of helping me learn HOW to parent my children (and myself!) with compassion.”
“Meghan’s class has changed my parenting and my relationships (including with myself) for the better!”
-Sara T., Mother of 1

I’m glad you asked! I am a certified parent coach, a parenting columnist for The Washington Post, as well as a certified school counselor and former teacher. I am a certified facilitator for the Power to Parent series from the Neufeld Institute.
Last and never least, I am a mother to three young children myself. I am no stranger to power struggles!
My mission is to help you bring lightness, laughter, and love into your home. To help joyfulness and tranquility find a place at the table. To teach you to forgive yourself when you are human and move forward. To feel in control and optimistic about the future, and to have fun with your family. The theory and practices you will learn have helped me at the different ages and stages of my children, as well as transitions in my own personal life.
I am a heart-centered parent coach in a data-driven world. Because, let’s face it, we have all the data we need at our fingertips, all of the time.
Now we need to use our hearts.
“[This class] makes motherhood feel so much less lonely. It takes a village and this is my village.”
-Jen G., Mother of 2
“This class has changed the ways I approach conflicts with my children. It’s also changed how I view their reactions to life. Both have resulted in more peace, a happier family, and healthier children (and parents).”
“If I could convince every parent to use Meghan Leahy, I would. Her smart, savvy and non-judgmental approach helped us tackle issues — big and small — we’d been struggling with for years.
We’re better parents today thanks to her.”
Any parent, grandparent, nanny, or caregiver who has a neurotypical child between the ages of 3 and 10.
Absolutely! I strongly recommend that any partner who would like to take the class and hop on the calls should not hesitate. So, think of that… this is like a BOGO for parenting support!
NO! You may read some of the steps and activities in class and think, “hmmm, I don’t need this right now.” That is totally fine. I only want you to take what you want and practice the techniques you want and need. There is always time and space to try the other practices. You can return to it whenever you feel called to it. Remember, the steps never close.
The first module opens on April 17th. After that, new modules open every Monday.
The first call is Thursday, May 20th at 7:00 pm ET and the second call is Thursday July 15th at 12:00 pm ET. The calls will be recorded so you can watch them later as well.
